Mobile App Development
Native-feeling iOS and Android apps built with Flutter — from concept and design through testing, store submission, and release.
A civil engineer who builds production iOS, Android, and web applications — bringing an engineer's rigor to mobile, cloud, and the kind of geospatial & hydrologic data most teams find hard to make clear.
From a first wireframe to a signed release on the App Store and Play Store — and the cloud and data work that holds it all together.

Fast, responsive websites and web apps that look right on every screen and load like they mean it — marketing sites to data dashboards.
Authentication, databases, push notifications, and APIs — built on Firebase and cloud functions so your app's data stays fast, secure, and in sync.
Turning dense geospatial and hydrologic data into maps, charts, and forecasts people actually understand — my engineering background put to work.
I'm Jerson Garcia — a civil & construction engineer (M.S., Brigham Young University) who builds software for a living. That mix is the point: I think in tolerances, edge cases, and "what happens when it fails," and I bring that discipline to every app I ship.
My work has focused on hydrologic and geospatial products — including mobile apps that visualize flood forecasts across millions of U.S. rivers — so complex data and maps are home turf, not a stretch. I work directly with clients, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and stay accountable from first call to production release.
